Refunds and purchases

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This page explains how buying works on Architect of Hope and our refund policy. Please read it before you buy.

The free guide

Start With Hope is free. You enter your name and email on Selar, and no payment is needed.

The ebook

Your Legacy Starts Now costs KSh 1,000. You buy it on Selar, our online shop, and can pay with M-Pesa, Airtel Money, a bank transfer, or a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card. After paying, you download the ebook as a PDF.

No refunds

The ebook is a digital download that you receive straight away, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including if you change your mind after buying.

If something goes wrong

If you cannot download the ebook, the file will not open, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us within 7 days of buying. Email info@architectofhope.org or message us on WhatsApp with your name and the email address you used on Selar.

Download or file problems: we will help you get a working copy of the ebook.
Charged twice: we will work with Selar to return the extra payment.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.

Legacy Builder

The Legacy Builder programme runs on its own website. Its prices, payments and refunds are set out there.
